Report a Problem
Bug reports with specific detail are genuinely how this tool has improved. Several of its current features exist because someone reported a real statement that converted badly.
What to include
- Which tool you used - PDF to Excel or Image to Excel.
- The source type: digital PDF, flatbed scan, or phone photograph.
- How many pages you submitted, and whether the first page converted correctly.
- What you expected the output to look like, and what it actually looked like.
- Any message that appeared on screen, copied exactly.
- Your browser and device, if the problem seems display-related.
Do not send us your real statement
We do not need it, and we would rather not hold your financial data. Redact the account number, name, and balances first, or better still recreate the same layout with invented figures - the layout is what matters for diagnosis, not your actual numbers.
Before reporting
If the output was misaligned, it is worth trying a higher-resolution or straighter capture first. Image quality causes the large majority of conversion problems, and a better scan often resolves it immediately. The Help Center has specific guidance.
Security issues
If you have found a security vulnerability, please report it privately through our Contact page and allow us a reasonable period to fix it before disclosing publicly. We appreciate responsible disclosure.
