Counter-notice

If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing equivalent detail and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to block access for anyone who repeatedly submits infringing material or abuses this process with knowingly false notices.
